The work
An agent contacted us on a Sunday after a tenant lost power at their Bournemouth property. We attended within one hour of the call and investigated the fault.
We identified disconnected neutral connections and thermal damage to the main switch. We sourced a replacement main switch that same day, replaced the damaged component and restored power within 1.5 hours of arriving.
The tenant was very happy to have their electricity back on so quickly. The photograph shows the damaged component found during our investigation.
